I’ve been helping businesses and individuals grow and achieve their goals since 2010.
Learning about how the brain and body work together to achieve one’s desired goals led me to see how much fear is hindering the growth of the average person. While I’ve helped many teams and individuals gain clarity and solve problems within the corporate setting, what I’ve found the most impactful for a person is to focus on helping emancipate them of their fears and limiting beliefs.
That’s when you start to control your time and when that happens everyone wins.

My Goal
These are my experiences documented and shared in order to help you if you choose to follow. Most of what you’ll read aren’t entirely my own concepts but ideas and theories that have come about after reading and researching those much more intelligent than myself over the years.
I like helping people.
It’s easy to help someone with the door or even help push a car that ran out of gas on the highway. Those simple acts of kindness are extremely necessary and make society better.
I want to help with more than just those simple immediate tasks. Over the years I’ve been able to help others in different ways specific to their goals or problems and have started to notice a trend that connects them all.
It didn’t matter what the goal or problem needing to be solved was. It didn’t matter if it were a team of leaders in a big corporate business or an individual struggling to get what they want in an interview – fear was always the biggest obstacle in the way.
Fear might take different forms and express itself in different ways. It’s only once a person is able to identify the fears, notice where those fears are rooted, and how to move past those true growth can be made. Without this adjustment nothing fundamentally will change.
Sure, we would hit a quota or design and implement a successful system that improved the bottom line but once one problem was solved a new one would emerge. We’d be back where we started and would feel as if all the lessons we learned prior had been forgotten.
I felt that people were ultimately missing what I was seeing. “This is the same problem we just solved it’s just in a different costume.”
Since then I have been on a journey to help be a guide to others and show them the patterns in their lives and identify the root issues needing to be addressed in order to lay stronger foundations for growth over the long term.
Alongside noticing how much fear is around us and how much its symptoms are being treated I realized that time, and the amount of time we have is a key to understanding and solving these root issues.
The more of your time you are in control of the more of your life you are in control of. When you are in control of your life the problems don’t go away but how you solve them changes because you are in control.
Often times we are quick to treat symptoms to our problems and stop once those symptoms are gone.
You get a headache and reach for the pain medication and it takes the pain away, BOOM done.
Instead, you could take the time to learn what typically causes headaches and ensure you are taking the necessary actions to mitigate headaches from happening in the first place. Focusing on the things you can control where the problem originates – the roots.

Hobbies & Interests
These elements may show up from time to time in my writings...
Surfing
I was lucky to be born in California near the ocean. Funny enough it took me going on a family vacation to Hawaii when I was 10 to really try surfing for the first time. Ever since then surfing has been a part of my life and many core memories and experiences have revolved around this pursuit.
Hockey
I fell in love with this sport after watching the Mighty Ducks movie when I was a kid. Ever since then I have loved the sport and am grateful for all the lessons the sport has taught me. I still play on teams at the local rink waiting for my call to the NHL!
Art/Photography/Film
I like seeing how different people think. Being a creative person allows you to make a point, get someone to think, or just babble nonsense for mere entertainment in virtually any way you want. I like looking for the meaning or subtle “winks” in an artist’s work.
Space
I’ve always been a fan of looking up and wondering about the universe. I have a Celestron 6SE telescope and still get a little speechless being able to see Saturn and it’s rings from my backyard. I enjoy the works of Carl Sagan and all the endeavors humans take in order to explore our world and the universe around it.
Motorcycles
When I graduated college and saved up enough money, I bought myself a Triumph Thruxton despite my mom’s advice. Sorry mom! Since I was a kid I’ve been drawn to motorcycles. Something about the combination of being solo, the engineering of an engine between your legs, and the freedom of it all is addicting.
Woodworking
I might be more drawn to building things with my hands, I do still like playing with legos, but woodworking has always been appealing to me. The knowledge and ability to be able to build using your own hands is important. Even though I might be more Tim the Tool Man Taylor than Bob Villa, I still enjoy a nice project in the garage.
